IT Service Delivery Management – Team Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Assuring that operations of supported service is delivered in accordance
  • with the SLA and contractual requirements
  • Taking responsibility for the integrity of the services
  • Initiating and coordinating delivery of Service Improvement Plans
  • Alignment of business demand with IT Service provisioning
  • Monitoring and reporting Service Level
  • Initiating & coordinating infrastructure projects and changes
  • Taking over crisis management on demand
  • Process optimization through proactive identification of possibilities and
  • potentials of the solutions used changes
  • Carrying out feasibility and cost analyses
  • Accurately forecasting and managing budget in her/his area of responsibility
  • Managing vendors and services delivered by them
  • Managing SDM team
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration with an IT focus or
  • comparable training
  • At least five years of working experience in service delivery
  • Knowledge of service delivery and people management
  • Extensive knowledge of the ITIL Service Support standards & practices
  • Experience in the management of infrastructure projects & changes
  • Strong team orientation and a high willingness to perform and motivate
  • Structured way of working and good communication skills
  • Good English skills
  • Leadership experience will be additional asset
