An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as a Customer Service Representative for the German market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and support related tasks that cover the order life-cycle process. We are looking for an outgoing, socially confident person with customer support experience, or previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Supporting the local shared service in Germany
- Direct email and phone contact with customers and Sales Department
- Serving Order to Cash process through quotations, orders preparation and delivery monitoring in SAP
- Handling complaints and returns in SAP and CRM systems
- Active cooperation with sales engineers, production, logistics and finance to deliver highest customer service standards
- Completed Ecommerce training or equivalent work experience
- Fluent German and English language
- User knowledge in SAP, CRM, MS Office
- Previous experience in customer service is a must
